Introduction
The watchers belong to an ancient secretive guild of protector chapters spread around the globe, numbered in hundreds, who keep a vigilant eye on all sort of netherworld anomalies coming through from trans-dimensional portals. Salem chapter is located somewhere in the New England. Every chapter member has been picked from all walks of life & race whom possess extra human abilities, be that extraphysical or extrasensory. All have been adapted their respective chapters' names as their surnames to represent their allegiance to the chapters' and to a larger aspect, the guild's cause. Over the course of Guild's history, some members have crossed over through the portals. Some came back; those who don't became part of the netherworld entities's servants, and came back to do their biddings. Salem chapter is no exception. Three of its members, Claire, Oswardo, and Caleb went through to the other side. Claire & Oswardo barely pulled themselves out of it, though both have redeemed themselves, but the experience has transformed them forever. Caleb however, chose to embrace the netherworld of MU's agenda of coming through the portal to reclaim the world they thought belonged to them tens of millenia ago. At the end, he has transformed himself into one of MU realm hireachy's senior inquisitors, taking on the namesake "Fortunate". Donning their traditional warrior armour and lead the leading edge of the armies that will soon pouring through the portal's floodgate. Before this happens, he needs to settle the old score with his old Salem comrades who choose to stand against him. |
