 Born 38 years BBY in the remote mountain monastery on Echani Prime to religious elders parent. Woin Touin-Meine has lived his puritanic youngling life among warrior monks, learning the basic art of Echani combat skills in prepare someday to succeed his parents in the religious order. Only life took a fateful turn on his 6th birthday when agents of Sith lead by an albino female & a Zabrak male searching for ancient pyramid shape holocrons hidden deep inside the monastery's underground vault stormed the compound, murdering everyone they saw. His parents hide him in a hidden food compartment behind a cobble stone wall before they were killed. Looking through the tiny cracks of the wall, the murderers' faces were forever fused onto young Woin's mind. He was rescued 4 days later by Echani rescuers & their Jedi companions heard crying from behind the walls. The local rescuers were surprised as why he was spared, but the Jedi companions who were tracking the Sith agents knew it well. The Echani native cobble stone was known to block Force sensory, hence the boy was not detected. One of the Jedi, Toprawan Master Diluce Naosa sensed Woin's subdue but strong Force potential, took him back to Coruscant for future Jedi training. Over the course of training, Wouin has retraced his people's heritage, and incorporated many traditional Echani combat techniques into the lightsaber dueling stances. He has since become Noasa's trusted apprentice for the next 12 years until being promoted to Knighthood himself at the tender age of 19. To honour this moment, he started to wear Echani monk travelling headgear in memory not only his heritage, but his late parents.The Clone Wars has just erupted a year before, many Masters and Knights have been assigned as generals and commanders, commanding legions of clonetroopers on countless bloody campaigns. Woin & Naosa were both assigned to Task Force Tapani, sailed straight towards to Freeworlds Region of the Tapani Sector. Task force's objective were to spearhead the capture o Techno Union's orbital shipyards on Fondor, and to suppress planetary defenses before reinforcement arrived. The battle was fierce and bloody, both sides suffered heavy losses. The dreaded Order 66 came just after the Republic forces started to gain upper hands on the Separatists. Countless Jedi were caught offguard. Barely escaping from the treachery, Wouin and Naosa decided to head back to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant but were halted from doing so when an encrypted comm traffic from fellow Jedi Obi-wan Kenobi ordering them to avoid heading back. Know immediately the order's time may very well be over for now, they hooked up with a few surviving Jedi along the way then hyperspaced straight towards the outermost expanse of the Outer Rim Region. Laid low from Palpatine's croonies, especially that former colleague Anakin Skywalker, now known as Darth Vader. Hoping the dark day will pass for them to see the day for another fight once again. Almost three decades has passed, Palpatine's Empire has collapsed into fragments five years before on Endor. The New Republic established Coruscant as its capital while the Thrawn Crisis was coming to an end. A long lasting period of peace seems within arms' reach. General Luke Skywalker made contact with the now Jedi Master Woin Touin-Meine & his small group of Jedi survivors, hoping they would rejoin the galactic community and most importantly, assisting him to reestablish the Jedi Academy on Yavin IV. Just as the hermit group were emerging from hiding, they were killed one after one by unknown assassin. By the way of their demise, Woin knew that there was only one person in mind. The Albino terror he witnessed decades ago through those wall cracks, one that silenced everyone on her path, one that determined to drive the Republic once again into Dark times. Woin knew that this time he must face his inner demon, and confront the Albino Sith & her dark scheme once for all, even it means sacrificing himself in the process.

The Echani were a culture of warriors who gave rise to the Sun Guard of Thyrsus. They held a long-standing rivalry with the Mandalorians, with whom they shared many similarities. Important differences, though, are that the Echani focused on light weaponry and armor, relying more on skill and technique rather than brute force. Tt is said the Echani fought against Revan at least once, but were defeated. Like the Mandalorians, who were also defeated by Revan, they respected the combat skill of their enemy. Due to the all-encompassing use of combat in all levels of their culture, Echani Generals were seen by others as having a 'special ability' to predict their opponents next move. This, however was simply a tactical skill arising from living in a culture were combat was seen as something akin to a form of communication.
Echani culture held the belief that to know one fully, you must fight them. Echani fighting was not only self-defense, but a form of self-expression, a means of communication similar to art. For the Echani, it was not at all unusual for children of the same parents to be born so as to be completely indistinguishable from one another to outsiders. Thus, being able to distinguish between like individuals through reading of body movement became an essential requirement.
