 What appears to be a simple case of cyborg suicide has unfolded shady corporate schemes and international intrique; involving the return of a mystic cracker and an controversal yet essntial AI system that manages
one of the most powerful politcal entity on Earth. Dysons Corp, one of genome industry's powerhouses has been actively involved in the development of Aquarius project, the controversy AI system that has assisted humans in managing key infrastructures of Americas Free Trade Zone such as energy supplies, logistics and transportations. A female cyborg working for the corporate's classified proejcts blew her bio-mechanical brain in front of the corporate headquarters not only attracted attneion from the Natioal Police Bureau, but also the interest of Homeland Defense Agency - The Free Trade Zone's first line of defence. Not because the case involves Dysons, but because the deactivated cyborg bears the trademark of the controversy mystic cracker only known as Isis. Isis has been wreaking havoc across the global network in the past decade, no one knows her identity or where she came from. At least a dozen international law enforcement agencies have been trying to track her & apprehend her without much success. She was also allegedly held responsible for unlocking some of the highly restricted core features of Aquarius's original programming when the system first went online. If those features were fully unlocked; would not only paralyze the entire trade zone, but the aftershock will spread all over to every corner of the globe. At least a dozen operatives have lost their lives tracking her. HDA has reluctantly requested the assistance of Public Security Section 9 from Japan, which had an active case folder on ISIS. Section 9 sent Its deputy leader, Major Motoko Kusanagi, whom has crossed path with Isis on numerous occasions over the global network. Maj. Motoko is in New York attending the conference, she is joined up with HDA 's Counter Sedition Sector - Alpha, known simply as CSS-A who flew in from west coast to investigate the case.  After the apocalyptical catastrophe of 2009, humanity was nearly wiped out by the invading alien forces later known as the Doshken League, a loosely-tied of at least half a dozen different aggressive alien species each have their own agenda while conspired on mutual interests. When the mysterious entity behind the League’s formation called for an incursion into backwater region where Earth is located to broaden the area of influence, half a dozen other species signed on. The incursion inflicted terrible loss to every world that it came across. Some have their entire planetary resources stripped within weeks. Some were occupied by the League forces. Others were simply destroyed by mammoth planet killers because they are simply standing on its path. Sol system was occupied as staging star system for further incursions deeper into the region. Survivors of the invasion from arcross the globe scattered into every possible place they can find shelters. Some went into hiding deep in the wilderness, hoping to prolong their existence a little longer. Some even have the naïve thinking of hoping the invaders would stop looking for them or train their weapons elsewhere. While some others refuse to bow to the harsh reality and took up arms; determined to fight to the last breathe, and took as many invaders with them as possible. Attacks were staged everywhere, both in the wilderness and urban areas. One such group witnessed a sudden turn of event that not only saving their lives, but the individuals behind their rescue might also hold the key that could turn the tide of the resistance upon the invaders.
